  • Delivery timelines: 1 business day locally; 7–10 days to major cities.
  • Minimum shipping cost: 1.5 KWD, varying by weight.
  • Delays caused by force majeure will be communicated to the buyer with updated timelines.
  • Buyers must sign for delivery and pay applicable cash-on-delivery charges if not prepaid.

12. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges allowed within 7 days of delivery under strict conditions:
  • Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned with full packaging and accessories.
  • Items returned due to defects will be inspected, and if verified, Deerahstore covers return shipping.
  • If returned for buyer’s reasons (not store fault), buyer covers return costs.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 15 working days of approval.
